If you own a holiday home on a different holiday park and would like to leave to join us at White Cross Bay we can help with the transfer. You can offset your current holiday home in part exchange towards your new one.

Insurance Cover

Sublet Management Opportunities

A benefit to owning a holiday home at White Cross Bay is that you can sublet through South Lakeland Holidays where we handle the marketing, cleaning, key handling and bookings for your holiday home. Running Costs

When considering purchasing your holiday home you need to budget for additional running costs. Costs include rates, metered electric and metered or bottled gas. More information on these costs can be given on park when you visit us.
